After my first baby, yoga became an important ingredient in my life.

The poses, stretching and breathing made me feel intensely good. There came a moment when I was focused on breath work… and I suddenly felt deeply focused, relaxed, and something more. It was as if a door opened on a level of life deeper than the surface of everyday living. At the same instant, peace and a sense of wellbeing flooded in. I knew from then on that I had found a life path… a way to experience myself and life with new perspective, wisdom, poise, a sense of flow, and balance.

Today, I offer coaching in classroom, in-home, and corporate office settings.
